By clicking on the small arrow on top of the main menu, you access to your personal hotelier account.
It is composed of 3 functionalities:

Personal Information  Tab#1

This setting contains all personal information you entered about you when you made the right decision to test PMShotelier or to subscribe to it.  You can update any field anytime except the Email field for security reasons.

My Subscription  Tab#2

In this section, you find all key information about your subscription i.e. License Number, Date of Registration, Date of Expiration, Number of properties, Number of Rooms, Number of POS, Monthly Fee, Tax, Payment Status, Means of payment.

As you may know, the monthly fee is calculated from three parameters – Number of properties, Number of Rooms, Number of POS. Anytime you can update your subscription by changing them according to the growth of your hotel. The monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly.

If you decide to downsize one of these parameters, the system will check if it is possible without losing information and warn you accordingly if applicable.

Another important feature is about unsubscribe. You can decide to unsubscribe anytime by clicking on UNSUBSCRIBE in My Subscription tab. Your data will be safely kept in our servers for 3 months in case you decide to come back. The unsubscribe feature will be activated on the 1st day of the next month.

Change Password  Tab#3

When subscribing to PMShotelier you receive a password that you can change anytime.
We recommand to choose a strong password:

At least 8 characters — the more characters, the better.
A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters.
A mixture of letters and numbers.
Inclusion of at least one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ]
Do not use < or > in your password, as both can cause problems in Web browsers.
