Depending on access rights, statistics can be exported to Excel format.

This setting allows you to list all your commercial partners, TOs and OTAs.

It is important for 2 reasons:

1. Each booking embeds a field called “Booking Source” which is fed from this listing;
2. This data base also facilitates the invoicing of your commercial partners (TOs, OTAs, etc.) whenever applicable. When you have to issue a TO/OTA invoice from the Manage Invoice functionality, you just need to enter the name of the TO/OTA and the system will automatically fill the other fields of identification.

In this important functionality, PMShotelier embeds a powerful and innovative on-line Booking Engine.

It is totally customizable in 4 steps:

STEP 1: Select your logo and title;
STEP 2: Select the slider among 5 animated possibilities to display the Room-types and their description;
STEP 3: This step is very important because it offers you the possibility of various sales strategies.

You have to define 5 parameters which will make your offer more or less attractive for the customer:

1. Display or not the Rate Chart: the system can display the rates over one month around the period chosen by the guest. If the automatic rate calculation has been selected in the Revenue Manager, the guest will see on the chart how the rate is fluctuating over one month and check if the period he selected is the best one or not. You, as a hotel owner, get the conditions for automatic optimization of the occupancy of your rooms and the guest is happy to have the possibility to adjust his period of stay at the best price;
2. Best Rate displayed: once the period of stay is determined, the system will display the best rate according to two possibilities of your choice:
   1. Average daily rate of the period
   2. Minimum daily rate of the period;
3. Display the Special Offers: you can also decide if you want or not to display the Special Offers. The system will automatically select the ones which are valid for the period chosen by the guest;
4. Display your General Terms and Conditions: by choosing yes or no, the GTC will be displayed in a pop-up window which content is coming from the Policies tab of the Manage Properties functionality;
5. Select the Room-Types: the system also allows you to limit the on-line sales offer to all or some of your room-types.

STEP 4: Finally, you can personalize the lay-out of your booking engine by choosing the colors which fits your corporate image.

Once completed, you can preview the result before saving and making it online.

General Terms and Conditions
GTC are automatically generated from the content you enter in the Policies tab of the Manage Properties functionality. They consist of four sections: Check-in Check-out time, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Environmental Policy if applicable.

You can define a value by default of the deposit requested when the guest is booking on-line.

This important parameter will become the major tool of your CRM. It aims to follow the satisfaction of your customers step by step, from the initial reservation to the end of their stay and beyond. It helps to build a real relationship of mutual trust and to improve customer loyalty over the long term.

It consists of 6 automatic communication sequences by Email with your customers, each of which is customizable in terms of content, text and photos:

STEP 1: Booking Confirmation Email (Sent immediately after creating a new Booking)

STEP 2: Bon Voyage Email (Sent Three Days before Check-in)

STEP 3: After Check-in Email (Sent One day after Check-in)

STEP 4: After Check-out Email (Sent One day after Check-out).

STEP 5: Booking Cancellation (Sent immediately after cancelling a Booking)

STEP 6: Booking Un-Cancellation (Sent immediately after un-cancelling a Booking)

The POS Types list is limited to 7: Restaurant, Bar, Spa, Tours, Laundry, Shop and Others. Depending on your hotel facilities, you can activate or disactivate them in one click.

Dashboard colors can be changed using this Settings section. By default, we’ve chosen doctor-recommended colors that are both easy to identify on a screen and non-straining on the eyes.
