The Dashboard is the central tool of your Front Desk team.
At a glance, it gives the status of vacant, occupied rooms, arrivals, departures and closed rooms.
At any time, by clicking on the reservation boxes, which colors are automatically changing depending on their reservation status, the staff can easily check all the details of the booking, including the progression of the invoice during the guest’s stay.
A red border of the box indicates a specific request by the guest. It appears when the field “Comments/Requests” of the reservation form is filled.
From the same Dashboard, your Front Desk team will also be able to enter directly new bookings and proceed with regular operations such as check-in, check-out, cancellation, registration and data update.
At any time, they will be able to show to the guests the evolution of their invoice during their stay.
A rooming list giving the details of the resident guests, the arrivals and the departures can be printed every day.
Some instructions / information to all departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, drivers, …can be added manually by the Front Desk in order to streamline the operations of the hotel.
