Manage POS (Point Of Sale)

Depending on your subscription, this important functionality allows you to create up to 50 different POS that belong to the following list of POS-types: Restaurant, Bar, Spa, Tours, Laundry, Shop, Others.

All invoices generated by these POS are electronically signed by the guests and automatically transferred to a centralized invoice managed by the Front Desk.

Each created POS is managed with 8 functionalities:

For Restaurants: Orders, Tables, Menu, Staff, Report, Order History, Places of production, Info.

For all other POS: Tables and Menu are replaced by one single tab Items.

When creating a new POS, you must first:

  1. Create the Tables and the Menu for a restaurant and the Items for the other types of POS (for example “Massage” or “Haircut” for a SPA);
  2. Create the Places of Production of your items;
  3. Create the access for your staff: login, password and functionalities authorizations.
