- If the customer is a resident guest, select his Room. The system will automatically display his name (only if the guest is checked-in);
- If the customer is from outside (nonresident) you can skip the Room field and enter his name manually;
- Then, you can start to take the order by entering the first letters of the item chosen by the guest. For example, for a SPA, by entering “mas” the system will automatically respond by “Ayurveda Massage” if this item is part of the items menu;
- Once the order is complete, just click on CONFIRM.
