Depending on the size of your POS, you may feel necessity to organize the production of your services in different locations.

We call these locations “Places of Production”. For example, in a restaurant, you may desire to split the kitchen in 2 parts and have the bar separate from the kitchen.

Just find a name for them and enter them into this functionality.
