Depending on your subscription, you can create up to 10 different properties and make them active or inactive. A property is fully described in 5 different sections:
Property Tab#1
The first section summarizes the property general information, name, address, contact, etc… It also allows you to enter a brief sentence which will appear at the bottom of your invoices (Bill Greetings Field). A specific field is devoted to the description of your property in 300 words maximum.
⚠ The field “Property Email” is important to receive bookings.
🛈 For example, “Bill Grettings” field can be “Thank you for your stay!”
Contact info Tab#2
The Second section collects information about the person in charge of the property.
Policies Tab#3
The Third one is divided into 5 sub-sections which will be automatically feed the General Terms and Conditions of your Booking Engine.
⚠ Pay a lot of attention when filling these fields because they are important from a legal point of view.
Amenities Tab#4
The Fourth one is divided into 2 main sections (In-Room Amenities and In-Property Amenities). In order to facilitate the selection, we divided the sections into sub-sections covering most of amenities currently found in modern hotels. All amenities are sorted by alphabetical order.

Photos Tab#5
The Fifth and last one stores photos of the property.
⚠ The first photo in this gallery must be your logo as it will be on top of your bills.
